You have 7 days from the moment of the reception to warn us you want to send back the product, for any reason.

For that you have to connect on your account and go in the part "my orders", so you can check the bill in wich there is a part reserved for the returns.

You must chose the product you want to send back, notice the reason of the return and click on « Get a return coupon ».

As soon as we valid the coupon, you can print it and send it with your product at the following adress :

Returns will only be accepted for complet products, like it was when we sent it (package, accessories, notice, etc.). If you send back incomplete products, broken or damaged, we won't accept it.

Taxes for the returns are not paid back in case of retraction.

We commit ourselves to give you (if it is possible), a coupon or to pay you back in less than forty days after we receive the product.

Don't forget to mention clearly on your parcel the return number, on 3 sides at least.

If the product is not in accordance with the order (mistakes, defects) or broken at the delivery, rules are the same as if it was a retraction, in a term of 30 days.

in that case, we will pay return taxes at the price we sent it. We do not accept counter repayment.
