It is a new website selling tie-ins from many Geek's universes. Its team is made of fans and collectors who want to propose you what you're looking for through advices and product tests.

Why to have create Geek's Paradise ?

Before being sellers, we were customers and we wanted to regroup our different passions on the same commercial website, now those different passions have a link.

To have the possibility to buy products tested and approved by a team of specialists, without fearing to have a bad surprise concerning quality or reality of the description.

Our team wants to create a real link between fans by using:

What are my payment possibilities ?

We accept many payment tools : MasterCard et Visa card, Blue card, Paypal American Express card, E-Blue card, Chècks, Euro-checks et transfer. Those payment solutions are all available for each states in wich we deliver but checks wich are only available for France.
We don't accept "cash on delivery" payments for now. For more informations, go to the sections payment solutions



Are online payements secured ?

The Bank operation is secured by our partener "Crédit du Nord" for each credit card. Your bank informations are scripted as soon as they are transmitted (SSL/TLS 128 bits and 3D Secure). We never have access to your personnal Bank ID (card number, expiry date...)



How do I command with a paypal payement ?

Paypal offer you two payement solutions : The first one, without inscription, is like a classic card payment The second one, with inscription, you register your card number then you never give this number again. In each of those two cases, the payment is immediate and free from additional costs.

Why do you need supporting documents ?

We can not be sure that the card wich is used for the payment of an order is a stolen card or not. Our Bank partener only inform us of the payment validation or refusal. In order to prevent those utilisations and to protect you against the use of your card by third person, we can ask you to prove your identity and your place of residence.



How to have promotional codes and how to use it ?

Promotionan codes are given to you in the newsletter wich is steadily sent all over the year, so, you must suscribe it! You can also find codes on our partners' website. The code you have must be tipped in the section "My cart" before to valid your order.



What happens in case of prices variations ?

The price wich is mentionned on the order bill after its validation and its registration are steady and définitive : if the prices fall few day after the order, we won't be albe to compensate you for the difference; we commit ourselves to deliver you at the price of the day you ordered.



I live out of European Union, are the taxes deducted ?

By the way, all sellings out of European Union are duty-free. So you won't have to pay the French tax (19,6%). The prices of our products are given duty-free as soon as your register yourself on the website by giving us your main adress of delivery.



Where do you deliver ?

We deliver in almost every country. If your country is not in the list when you suscribe, Please contact us to signal it.



Have you got other products ?

The catalog we propose on our website is not exhaustive. if you look for something special, please contact us, it is one of our main service. Our retailers have a lot of different products and we only order products we think to be the most interesting. So, we'll do our best to find the article you're looking for or to import it if it is not available in our retailers' lists.



How works the availability of your products ?

In order to institute trust in the system of order, we always notice the availability of our products :
  • Available : The product is available in our stock. We send it the day after your order maximum and should be deliver in 2 or 3 days. (according to our delivering service's terms)
  • Out of stock : The product is not in our stock anymore at this time but our retailers promise us the availability under a couple of weeks maximum. If the product is definitely unavailable (Because of a end of production for example), we will directly inform you on the product description on the website.
  • Preorder : We will notice clearly on the product description that it is in preorder and its date of availability. We will send all your order as soon as we receive the product. It gives you the possibility to receive the product as soon as it is available!



What delivering solutions do you propose ?

We work with the official post service with the Colissimo Pro's system. This solution has different benefits :
  • The delivery is less expensive, it is the biggest delivering grid in France ;
  • The insurance is adapted to the price of your order, in case of wrong delivery, you are fully paid back ;
  • The control of your parcel is very easy, we will send you a link to do it in the details of your order, in the part My orders ;
  • The delivery is quick, 2 or 3 days maximum for France.

For expensive deliveries (more than 500 €), please contact us if you wish to choose another delivering solution.



How much does the delivery cost ?

The price of delivery is automatically calculated when you fill your cart. If you are not connected to the website, the price is calculated for a french place of delivery in metropolitan France. As soon as you connect and if you have already fill the adress of delivery in your account, the price of delivery is based on this one. So, there is no bad surprise, the price is given step by step as you fill your cart.



What do I do when I receive my packet?

We control all product that we send, and the quality of delivery is very important for us. A lot of our products are breakable and as we can't control all the delivery system, we advise you not to forget to check your parcel with the deliveryman as soon as you receive it. Check also the garantie sticks on the product.

If you have any problem, please send us an e-mail in the part contact us. Please notice the motifs of your refusal with, if it's possible, photos of the damaged parcel.

We have an inssurance for the delivery wich can pay you back in case of damage due to the deliveryman, so you won't have to pay any additional taxes, the price of your order is complete.

Warning, if you have any problem with your parcel, the delivery ticket must not be signed and you have to put a note on the parcel with the motifs of your refusal.



What are the return or exchange conditions of my order?

If you are not completely satisfied , you can send us back the product until 7 days after your received it. Regarding to what you're looking for, we will change the product or pay it back to you.

In that case, please contact us to discuss the exchange .

You will be able to send your parcel and a copy of the bill to the following adress :

Don't forget to mention clearly the return number on the parcel, on 3 sides of it minimum.
You will have to pay the return cost. All returned product have to get a return number, and to be in its original blister, moreover it must not be used or damaged.



What happens if I send you back a product without the return number ?

The return of a product without the return number will be refused by our services and will be sent back to you. To obtain this return number, thanks to contact us. The return number is free and you can have it in few minutes by phone.
